I first became a fan of Tori in about 1997, between the releases of Boys for Pele and from the choirgirl hotel. I'd heard of her before that of course, but I'd never been hugely interested in her until I saw the video for Caught a Lite Sneeze, which I loved. Then a friend lent me her copy of Boys for Pele and I quickly became a very big fan. Pele is still my favourite of her albums; I love the strangeness of it. Since that time I've bought each of Tori's albums on the day of its release, accumulated many of her old singles, and seen her play live five times (once on Plugged 98, once at a show she did promoting Venus at MusiquePlus, once on Strange Little Tour, once on On Scarlet's Walk, and once on Lottapianos). Though I'm not a big fan of The Beekeeper, her other CDs are all among the most played in my collection and I never get tired of listening to her music.
This site was made in PhotoShop, Firefox and EditPlus and should look as it was intended in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape at pretty much any resolution above 800x600 I think, though it was created in Firefox at 1024x768 and will probably look best with that combination. (Problems? Please let me know so I can try to fix them.) I've used scripts from Codegrrl as well as a code snippet suggested by Julie and a patch by Jem to make it work. It is hosted at Dreamhost.
